Hey, y'all!
Welcome to the official website of Lillee Elkins, Miss Davidson County Teen Volunteer!
As a titleholder in the Miss Volunteer America Pageant System, I am dedicated to living out the mission of SERVE—Scholarship, Education, Responsibility, Volunteerism, and Empowerment. Through my personal initiative, CreATEtivity: Striking a Chord for Music Education, I advocate for accessible arts opportunities that inspire confidence, creativity, and connection in students of all backgrounds.
Here, you’ll find updates from my year of service, appearances, and community impact, as well as resources to support arts education. From the stage to the classroom, I am passionate about using my crown as a microphone to uplift others and remind every young person of their value and potential.
Join my journey as I S.E.R.V.E. my community and prepare for the opportunity to compete for Miss Tennessee Teen Volunteer!

I believe every student deserves the chance to explore the arts. Music and creativity don’t just make school more fun—they build confidence, teamwork, and skills that last a lifetime. Sadly, many students never get that opportunity. That’s why I’m using my title to advocate for stronger support of music and arts education in our schools and communities.
Through CreATEtivity, I’ll be working to:
🎹 Encourage access to arts programs for all students
🎨 Highlight how creativity empowers learning
🎤 Inspire others to support and invest in the arts
The crown I wear represents more than a title—
it’s a responsibility to SERVE.
For me, that means striking a chord for music education and reminding everyone that the arts are not extras… they’re essentials.
